Last week on my YouTube Channel I had a request for a standing ab workout. I used to do more standing work in my classes and workouts, but in the past little while I kind of forgot about it! I definitely forgot how great it is, and how challenging it can be (as you’ll see in the video I’m huffing and puffing). This is why I love when you guys make requests!
Standing ab work is great because it burns more calories than ab work on the mat, and builds strong, functional core muscles! This video is a new kind of challenge that will get your heart rate pumping and your abs working in one short workout.
