Lately I’ve only really had time to do my workouts when I get home in the evenings. It’s been kind of great, I come home relax and enjoy my own space, and really focus on my workout! I scoured the internet this week for new videos so that I wouldn’t get distracted, or bored when I had to workout at home.
What I found was a goldmine of great videos! My favorite were the Pilates videos from efit30. These girls post a ton of great fitness videos from yoga, Pilates, to gym work, and meditation. Plus, I found out that they’re from Perth, Western Australia, where I lived for two years! Must be fate that I found them (or the clever workings of the internet). However I found them, I’m sure glad I did because I’ve had a lot of fun this week working out int the comfort of my own home. Here’s my favorite video from efit30, it’s a great low body workout that targets the hips, thighs, and butt. Hope you like it as much as I did 😉
