For lots of us this week marks going back to school or work after the Summer holidays. My job is a little bit different, but I know a lot of people’s jobs involve sitting in front of a computer all day. So I started to think about the issues that come up from sitting all day, shortened hip flexors, compression of the spine, and poor posture.
