So often people neglect stretching their muscles and taking the time to slow down. I’m guilty of it too! This video is to encourage new habits, be kind to your muscles. Remember the analogy that muscles are a lot like elastic bands, if an elastic band is pulled over a surface and left there for a long time it will lose it’s elasticity and become unusable. If you stretch and reuse the elastic then it remains pliable and functional. So Stretch It Out!
