Doing just one thing all the time not only gets monotonous and boring, but it leaves very little room for growth and change. This is definitely true when it comes to your training regimen! Although Pilates incorporates many dynamic movements, and strength exercises, one’s fitness cannot be built on Pilates alone.
That’s why I decided to meet with expert trainer, and my personal friend, Jessica Manning. Jessica is a certified personal trainer and founder of Pure Transformation Personal Training. Her style of training is high energy, cutting edge, and extremely dedicated to form. Jessica really had me excited to train again! Today she showed me a killer full body workout using the Bosu, stability ball, and dumbbells. This workout was carefully catered to my needs to give me a challenging workout, kick-start my metabolism, build muscle, and increase endurance.

There were a few familiar exercises like the single leg stretch , and plank, but for the most part I was pretty out of my element Jessica made it easy to understand with her comprehensive cues, and overall knowledge of movement and the body.

I loved feeling my heart pumping, and exerting pent up energy. I can definitely see this being a must for the cold months ahead.
