I’m probably the happiest when I’m home in Nova Scotia. It’s this funny thing about East Coasters, no matter how long you’ve been gone it always still feels like home.
The Atlantic ocean, but so enticing.
Not a bad life.
A little Pilates on the pier. Showing off my white legs.
Next sea kayaking, one of the greatest upper body workouts out there. Not to mention my obliques we sore for two days after! Love it!
After my arms were sufficiently worked it was off to enjoy my favorite indulgence on the East Coast, Sushi! Toronto has a plethora of incredible foods from different cultures, but the sushi in the city doesn’t hold a candle to the stuff in Halifax. Whenever I go home I make sure to fill up tasty rolls and fresh sashimi. One of my top picks for best in the city is Dharma Sushi on Argyle Street, Halifax.
