Sitting in a sturdy chair (no recliners, rocking chairs, swivel chairs, or rolly chairs, just a good old fashioned chair) make sure your feet are right under your knees.
Without using your arms to help you, press into the heels and stand up. Add a little squeeze through the glutes at the top and that’s it! Repeat 10-50 times depending on your strength and fitness level, and trying not to take too much of a rest each time you sit.
This exercise can be preformed just about anywhere, anytime, so there’s no excuse! So I say, sit down, and shut up!
