I’d be lying this week if I didn’t say my favorite thing right now is catching up on sleep, doing yoga and Pilates, and spending time alone. I had a really great weekend of doing my body a solid and making good decisions like, not having a weekend love affair with a wine bottle, not overindulging “just because it is the weekend,” and getting the perfect balance between exercise and rest. My chi is freaking great right now. LOL
And since I spent the past few days just enjoying what I already do have, I haven’t come across anything tangible that I feel compelled to post about. It may be a lame excuse for not letting you in on the best Kombucha flavor the week, or the top protein powder, but it’s the truth. So I wanna know what you were into this week? Whether it be a recipe, a picture you saw on Pintrest, a new healthy or sustainable product, blog, whatever! We all learn from each other, and you guys have been posting great comments and ideas here and there, I want more of that! If you’re reading this blog you probably have an interest or an opinion on what a healthy lifestyle is, that means you probably have a few tricks of the trade.
