I love grains, but they don’t always love me. Lately to fill that void when I can’t eat my regular granola or other heavy grain cereals I’ve been eating Qia Cereal from Nature’s Path. Aside from being certified organic, non GMO, with no added sugar or salt, and high in protein, Qia is a crunchy and satisfying way to start your day. It’s made mostly of chi, and hemp seeds, and buckwheat. So anyone out there who is completely wheat free this cereal does contain some wheat. I’m pretty well wheat/gluten free but it doesn’t seem to really bother me so I’ve been using Qia as cereal, and baking with it for the past few weeks and I absolutely love it! There are three great flavors, original, apple cinnamon, and cranberry vanilla, my personal favorite being cranberry vanilla.
