This past week I had the luxury of doing a private session with a colleague of mine who is one of the most knowledgeable Pilates teachers I know. During the session she noticed that my IT band on the side of my leg was very tight. This is something I work on with my clients all the time as it’s a pretty common issue, but one I had totally neglected when it came to myself! With that my colleague pulled out the Acuball and went to work on my IT band. I have to tell you, it was one of the most terrible experiences! The feeling is similar to pressing on a bruise, it’s just painful enough to be annoying, and you definitely want it to stop. Soon enough it started to loosen up, and began to feel more like a pleasant massage. When I stood up I felt like a new woman! I was sold, I bought an Acuball that night. It is definitely the most effective treatments for muscle and fascia release I’ve seen to date, and even better I learned later it was a Canadian invention. Hands down my favorite thing this week.
|You can use the Acuball on yourself or have someone do it for you. It’s heatable for extra sore muscles , and works on back muscles, neck, bottom of the feet, anywhere!|
|I opted for the mini Acuball because you can really get in there and dig into the muscles. It’s so small I can just throw it in my purse. You better believe I’ll be taking this baby on my long flight to Australia this week!|
Check out the Acuball 10 Minute Total Body Revitalizer, you feel so incredible afterward!
