BLOGS: Gingerbread men are my favorite cookies at Christmas, but I’ve really been enjoying Eating Bird Food‘s 12 days of cookies. It’s a different festive cookie recipe each day, made with health and happiness in mind.
PRODUCTS: I don’t usually use anything to scent my apartment unless it’s all natural, not being pretentious, I just often get headaches when exposed to synthetic scents. So lately I’ve been burning NOW essential oils, my favorite is clove, but if you mix citrus and clove it’s even more heavenly!
GEAR: Asics GEL-Kushon running shoes, I’m in desperate need of new trainers so I’m really hoping Santa brings me these.
FOOD: Coconut has so many nutritional benefits that when a client introduced me to this So Delicious coconut milk yogurt I jumped at the idea. This yogurt is super creamy, low in fat and calories, and comes in blueberry, vanilla, and plain.
WORKOUT: Pilates using unstable surfaces such as the BOSU or Stability Ball make classic exercises even more challenging. I’m really loving these moves right now!
