My Favorite Things Monday is getting a little bit of a makeover! Over the past few months I’ve been posting a ton of great blogs, products, and gear to keep up with a healthy lifestyle. A few weeks ago I had a suggestion to post one or maybe two of my favorite things at a time so that readers could keep up. In honor of the new year, and realizing that baby steps, and realistic goals are the key to success as I posted in my New Year’s Resolutions post I thought it was a fantastic idea! This week I’m excited to be presenting one of my favorite healthy food products Chobani Greek yogurt. I was excited to learn through Battle of the Bites blog a few weeks ago that Chobani is now available in Canada so I rushed out to get some right away! This yogurt is so perfect for people who live a busy, active lifestyle because it is low in fat yet creamy and satisfying, all natural, and has double the protein than regular yogurt. It also comes in tasty and unique flavors like blood orange, and pomegranate. Especially after the holidays a natural yogurt like Chobani is perfect to restore the natural balance of your stomach’s digestive system too. You will definitely see me eating Chobani after the gym, or a Pilates class this week because this product is my favorite thing this week!
