There are so many gimmicks out there when it comes to fitness equipment. So I was hesitant last week when a friend asked me to go to a TRX class for the first time. I am happy to say that the TRX is the real deal! This system of training uses your own body weight to build strength, stability, and flexibility. I really loved that I could feel my core A LOT the next day after my TRX workout. The TRX is easily portable and you can hook it up to a door frame at home if you so choose. This piece of equipment, however is definitely an investment. I suggest heading to a group class at your local gym, or studio who offer classes and see what you think.
