It’s wedding season that’s for sure, I’ve been to two weddings in the past two weeks! It’s been amazing to be surrounded by so much love. I’ve so loved to see the blushing brides, glowing with health and happiness. So much work goes into making your special day great, seating plans, caterers, photographers, the dress, and of course the workouts to look your best on the big day. Although we hope the habits we create to prep for the wedding day last a lifetime, I think working toward the big day goal is a great motivation and can only lend to making your special day that much more special!
As I listened to my friends exchange vows and make promises to each other, it reminded me of the fundamental elements of a happy, healthy life. Both couples vowed to make each other laugh everyday, always keeping their lives fresh and exciting, to give each other support in sickness or in health, to have full happy bellies, and then there’s love. These are more than vows, but a recipe for success in happiness and health. It’s a beautiful thing!
