It’s finally here! The thing about having Halloween on a Monday this year is that it gives you the excuse to celebrate all weekend long. As someone who loves Halloween this is great, but as someone who loves her healthy lifestyle this is not so great. The temptation to indulge on candy and treats spans over not just one day, but three. That puts a beat down on anyone’s will power, including my own. The worst thing to do is beat yourself up over slip ups or indulgences in your diet, and the best thing to do is move on! This morning I’m drinking this equally festive beet juice to help cleanse my system, satisfy my taste buds. Try it out!
Creepy Beet Juice
4 medium sized beets
1 large chunk of ginger
