This week actually flew by for me, I hope it was the same for all of you! I usually leave you with a video near the end of the week to get you ready for the weekend, but today I wanted to leave you with a challenge….well, two actually. Last night on twitter Fit Not Skinny posted challenging her followers to pay attention to how much water they drank on Friday. So yes, I’m totally hyjacking the idea, but I think it’s a great one.
Challenge #1: Pay attention to how much water you drink today. Shoot for at least 1L. It doesn’t have to be all at once. Let me know how you do on my facebook page!
Challenge #2: Put on your favorite song at some point today and dance…the entire song! Not only will it make you feel good, but you may just break a sweat too! Shake what your Momma gave you!
