In Pilates, core strength is fundamental. For most people, though, finding and engaging the core properly can be a huge challenge. This challenge carries over into everyday life, yoga practice, team sports and just about everything else we do as humans.
That’s why I’ve partnered with Union Yoga for “Finding Your Core”, taking place this Saturday from 2-4pm.
Learn the anatomy of the core, and how the muscles work to move you. Learn how visual cues and getting a better grasp on how the core works can make you feel muscles you never thought you had. Sweat your butt off in a core blasting Pilates class to finish off.
