Never underestimate the power of a song to get you through a tough workout. There have been so many great songs driving my workouts lately, I couldn’t choose just one this month. But that shouldn’t be a problem, right? Now you have TWO new songs to boost your energy and mental stamina during those days when sweating is a little tougher than usual.
The first song is originally by Jesse Ware. This lady has seen some serious success over the past few years and has had so many people remix and edit her tunes. A good remix should leave you pleasantly surprised, not have you critically comparing it to the original. If done well, a remix should strike you as something totally separate from the original. Here’s another song that gets me moving, whether I’m deep into a Pilates session or just dancing around my home. It’s a delighful take on Neil Young’s Harvest Moon. Its vibe is happy and it’s got a great driving beat — what more could you need?
